FUKUOKA JISHO CO., LTD has concluded a Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with Fukuoka REIT Corporation concerning pipeline support for new properties. Fukuoka Jisho group fully utilizes its management and operational know-how cultivated through proven development experience as well as its strong information network to back Fukuoka REIT Corporation.

Pipeline support agreements
Fukuoka Jisho Co., Ltd. has concluded a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Fukuoka REIT and Fukuoka Realty concerning pipeline support for new properties. Based on the agreements, the companies offering pipeline support provide information, offer sales of properties and other services to Fukuoka REIT.
04. Policies for Customer-Oriented Business Operations
As an asset management company entrusted with asset management operations by FRC, Fukuoka Realty Co., Ltd., has adopted all seven principles set forth in the Principles for Customer-Oriented Business Conduct established by the Financial Services Agency (announced on March 30, 2017; revised on January 15, 2021). We have also formulated and announced our own Policies for Customer-Oriented Business Operations as policies to realize better business operations for our customers.
